HEADS UP!

Heads UP! is our small group programme, supporting young LGBT*Q+ people with their mental health and emotional well-being.

Our experienced LGBT*Q+ youth workers run the sessions in our safe, supportive space.

With a maximum of 10 young people over ten weeks, the programme provides a range of fun activities and discussions that help you to

• become better able to deal with day-to-day challenges as a young LGBT*Q+ person.
• raise awareness of environmental well-being
• identify support networks and organisations
• address issues affecting young LGBT*Q+ people’s well-being
